Free shipping on every order
Every order ships free. No minimum.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where our carriers deliver. We can't ship to other countries at this time.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
- Delivery: 5–8 business days after shipping.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During peak seasons (like Black Friday and the holidays), delivery can take up to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 1–3 days to show its first update.
Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Duties and taxes
Orders to US addresses have no customs fees for you to pay on delivery.
Late or lost orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipping, email us and we'll resend it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
